Tickets sales and government subsidy cover only 47% of Griffin's operating costs.
We love our small theatre, but it does limit our capacity to earn.
To bridge the gap and keep ticket prices affordable and our programs working at their best, we rely on your support. Without it, Griffin would not be able to fulfill its role as one of the liveliest and most stimulating theatres in Australia.
Your support has a direct effect on the quality of our plays and productions, on the calibre of artists on our stage, on our ability to offer discounted tickets to young people pensioners and the unemployed and on our links with the community.

Giving to Griffin means that when you see something terrific on our stage, or learn how our programs have made a difference in the lives of artists or young people, you have double the pleasure in knowing that you helped make it happen.
As a donor, you are able to direct your contribution. You might wish to support a particular program such as Education or Griffin Playwight's Residency. You could help us commission a new play. You might wish to support us in touring, or help us build sets and create costumes.

You can make credit card donations by downloading our Donations Form (above right) and mailing or faxing it back to Griffin on 9331 1524. We can also arrange for money to be automatically deducted from your credit card on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
online Griffin is collecting donations through the free online donations service provided by online community resource, Our Community. The online donations service is totally secure and ensures that 100 per cent of the donation goes straight to the Griffin. Only normal bank fees are charged and deducted from the donation. Simply click on the Our Community logo at the top of this page to make your donation.
Griffin Theatre Company has Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. All donations over $2 are tax deductible.
