By buying a subscription you secure tickets to see productions of new Australian playwriting at its very best. The more plays you see the more you save! To make theatre even more affordable we also offer subscriptions to previews and matinees at reduced prices, and to concession card holders. Prices start from as little as $23 a ticket if you’re under 30.
Priority booking
Tickets to next year’s Season don’t go on sale until 11 January 2010. However, as a subscriber you get to secure your tickets right away, ensuring you get to see the plays you like when you like – and before they sell out! And, by subscribing online before 10 January 2010, you will go in the draw to win a premium body care kit for men and women from Aesop Paddington and a mystery dozen from the Wine Society (1300 788 988 www.winesociety.com.au). What’s more, if you book a double subscription, then you could win a gift voucher for another double subscription for free to give to your two favourite people.

Flexibility
We understand that plans can change, so subscribers can change their minds as many times as they want. Should you need to change the dates of your tickets throughout the year, you are able to make changes to your booking, subject to availability, simply by calling Griffin on (02) 9332 1052.

Discounted programmes and scripts
Programmes accompanying each Griffin Theatre Company production also contain the play script, published by Currency Press. When buying your subscription, you have the opportunity to pre-order programmes making a 25% saving and allowing you to take home, keep and collect some of Australia’s best new writing. Subscribers will be sent vouchers for each programme you select to redeem from the Box Office when you come to see the play.
Discounted subscription
To Griffin Independent. Sitting alongside Griffin’s main season in 2010, Griffin Independent is a curated collection of exciting new work from around the world, presented by some of Australia’s finest independent theatre companies. Griffin Subscribers are eligible for heavily discounted subscription packages to Griffin Independent 2010 Season and are invited to share in the season by coming to the launch in the New Year.
